Supports the development of healthy follicles by improving blood flow to the ovaries.

✅ Reduces Medication Side Effects

Minimizes bloating, headaches, mood swings, and other common effects of fertility drugs.

✅ Supports Uterine Receptivity

Helps calm uterine contractions after embryo transfer, improving conditions for implantation.

✅ Boosts Sperm Quality

Improves motility, count, and morphology in male partners, enhancing your chances overall.

✅ Increases Pregnancy and Live Birth Rates

Numerous studies show acupuncture, when timed with IVF or IUI, is linked to higher success rates.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend starting acupuncture at least 1–3 months before your fertility treatment cycle. This allows time to regulate your cycle, improve blood flow, and prepare your body for conception. The length of time will be specific to your treatment type (IUI, IVF, etc), and underlying conditions. However, even beginning treatment the week of your IVF, IUI, or embryo transfer, acupuncture can offer meaningful benefits.

  • Frequency depends on your individual plan, but most patients benefit from weekly sessions. During treatment cycles like IVF or FET, we may recommend more targeted visits aligned with the specific timing of your cycle as well as a with specific procedures like before and after embryo transfer.

We are happy to customize a treatment plan for those traveling to the clinic or if there are any scheduling or financial constraints so you can get the most out of your acupuncture treatments.
